At Northern Kansas Regional Healthcare Foundation, we exist to strengthen the future of rural healthcare by connecting generosity with impact.

As an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our mission is to support and enhance the healthcare services provided by Phillips County Health Systems through strategic fundraising, donor engagement, and financial stewardship. In addition to managing charitable gifts, we also lead grant writing efforts for PCHS—securing funding for critical needs ranging from equipment upgrades to workforce development and patient-centered programs.

We operate with full transparency and professional accountability—guided by a volunteer board of directors and aligned with the highest standards of ethical governance. Every gift entrusted to us is carefully directed toward initiatives that elevate care, reinforce workforce stability, and build a healthier future for our region.

Whether funding student loan forgiveness for frontline staff, launching capital campaigns, or writing grants to support day-to-day operations, we serve as a trusted bridge between donors and the mission of rural healing. Together, we’re investing in resilience, compassion, and community health—one partnership at a time.
